I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to share some important information about our upcoming Spring Picture Day, which is a bit different from what we’ve done in the past.

Every student will have their picture taken this spring, and these photos will be sent home for you to review. You’ll then have the option to purchase any images you like, with no obligation to buy. This approach allows you to see the photos first, making it easier for you to decide which, if any, you’d like to keep.

Please note that the pictures taken in the fall are the ones that will be included in the school yearbook. Regarding the yearbook, please remember that yearbooks are only available to those who have purchased one. If you haven’t ordered yours yet and would like to, please let us know.

Additionally, I’d like to mention that both the Spring Picture Day and the yearbook sales are part of our fundraising efforts for the school. These initiatives help us fund various school activities and improvements, so your participation and support are greatly appreciated.
